Safe Check, LLC is a woman-owned company located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Tracy Sigfrid, President of Safe Check, experienced the loss of an extended family member in the fall of 2022. The relative was a Veteran who had been isolated due to the Covid Pandemic. Commercial businesses were closed down and both he and the daily routine that he was accustomed to living had been severely affected by the pandemic. He took his own life.
Tracy pondered how different the outcome would have been had the relative not been so isolated and withdrawn from others. From that single experience, Tracy wanted to change the outcomes to be more positive for others. Tracy identified the problem and created a new opportunity to help serve other Seniors who might also feel alone and isolated in their home.

Tracy is the President of Safe Check, LLC. She has experience in both the medical and legal areas. Serving as a product developer in medical device and President of Ventum Medical located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Tracy has extensive experience caretaking others for more than 30 years. She is a very compassionate and dedicated advocate in supporting the rights of others.
Tracy championed child protection legislation and healthcare issues in Minnesota. She was instrumental in helping initiate the first state-wide Anti-Bully Bill in 2006 that served as a national policy model. Tracy is a past member of the St. Paul Archdiocese Committee of Intimacy, Violence and Abuse. She founded a Women’s Abuse Group, mentoring, counseling and empowering abused women in helping them rebuild their lives. Tracy is a devoted mother and grandmother. She lives her life to make a difference and to be of service to others.
